(More customer reviews)This holder is a decent piece of equipment... nothing fancy, nothing over the top. If I were to complain, it would be to wish the spring was a little stronger. My iron is on the heavy side, which causes the spring to droop. However, for the price, I can't complain at all.

Ideal 46-202 Heat Elite Heat Gun Kit Review

(More customer reviews)I am a food photographer and use the heat gun to heat up food on set. Not the traditional use for a heat gun. Often I have to take my tools on location. One of my deciding point to buy this product was the case it came with. The heat gun has 2 setting which allow me more control on set.
I would have given this item a 5 star but had trouble with Amazon service.
There must be a programming glitch or bug. When ordering often Amazon randomly selects an address out of your address book and automatically placed it in the shipping address. If a customer does not pay attention their order will be shipped to the wrong address.
The first time it happened I was able to call Amazon customer service and they where able to make the address correction. However, with this order I was told though luck. Not cool on Amazons end. An order should always go to the person who pays for it unless the customer is prompted to ad another address. Fellow Amazon shoppers are aware of this problem. Amazon certainly must as well at this point.
Furthermore a customer service number should be easily found which it is not. I was also unable to cancel my account. The best I could do remove all the addresses on my account. I will think twice to use Amazon for my gift giving from now on.
Luckily the address my order went to was only 40 minutes away from me. The person was also not living their anymore but knew the person who did. They where nice enough to accept my order and I picked it up later that day.
I order online to safe time. Amazon makes running to the store my first choice now.

Weller D650PK Industrial Soldering Gun Kit Review

lot of hard use and abuse, these are great guns and handle a wide range
of jobs, i've soldered everything from radiators to radios with the old gun, and on a few uses with this new one i must say not only just as good
but better. more power and a better design for tips. Don't fool around with cheaper, get this gun!

(More customer reviews)Wow I am impressed. I spent the last three days on the roof of my house putting up ham radio antenna systems. I needed to solder many conections, unsolder them and resolder them as I was triming antenna to resonant length. This tool is really good. I am showing it to everyone who comes in the house. The hot torch tip is useful to unsolder large-wire connections, the type that seems to suck up all the heat of a normal soldering iron. The iron heats up almost instantly, I have never had a failed start when I click the start button. There is a wire fashioned tool holder that I haven't quite figured out how it is supposed to hold something. This is a real tool for real jobs.
