(More customer reviews)I haven't yet tried this torch with propane but it works wonderfully with Mapp gas. It has a swirl flame that can turn pretty much any metal molten red hot. It has a built-in igniter that works on the first time every time.
It is made very well and I expect it will last for many years. It has an on and off button for safety and I like that it automatically turns off when you release the trimmer. The burn tube is stainless steel and the burn tip is solid brass.
If you are looking for a small torch for automotive work then I think you will like this one. I would recommend getting Mapp gas instead of propane because it burns about 3 times as hot and it costs only slightly more than propane.
This torch does come with a one year limited warranty as well.
