(More customer reviews)This is my third Weller professional soldering gun in twenty years or so. That says it all. Lower wattage guns are useless when you need to have the correct heat for working on heavy metal parts. My Weller guns have never failed but were replaced due to rough physical handling and accident damage around the shop. There may be other brands as good as Weller on the market but I don't like to change things that work well for me.
