So maybe a plumber friend has told you about C-Flux -
and you were thinking about trying it -
but it's more expensive than traditional flux -
and you only have to sweat a few joints -
and you think there's probably not much difference between C-flux and the bargain basement spread -
but you were smart enough to visit Amazon and read this review
My opinion - just buy it. Here's why:
Flux facilitates the flow of solder. C-Flux works better than any other brand - non water soluble or water soluble.
Assuming that you have made an extensive effort to clean your fittings and tubing -
C-flux is easier to apply, washes easily from your hands with soap and water and makes the subsequent cleaning of pipes after sweating a breeze.
It is just as easy to clean the applicator brush - just soap and water - you can use that same brush time and again.
Every professional that I know uses C-Flux.
Once you do - you will never consider anything else.
